This is 200,000% of the RDA of B-12. Although this is not Niacin, the B vitamin that causes akin flushing, this does cause face flushing due to the super high dose. I lowered my dosage to one drop per week. In hindsight, I think I would have preferred a different brand’s super-B instead of just this excessive B-12, as I didn’t notice anything different other than the flush. Being a liquid with a dropper is nice.
